The PBRU Heritage
A hotel and tourism training building with guest rooms, meeting halls and a restaurant. It is managed by Phetchaburi Rajabhat University (Assistant President for Property Management and Revenue, university order 2373/2569). The college uses it as a practice venue for students.
Phet Nam Nueng training building
Simple guest rooms for visitors and student training. Run by the college.

Learning at the Heritage
Students use these venues in practical courses, practise real work and earn income while studying.
A lodging and training building under the College of Food and Hospitality Innovation. Guests stay in simple rooms while students practise real hospitality work.
