What this website collects
This website publishes information about the College. It has no application form, contact form, visitor accounts or online payment. The only data collected automatically is technical data in the server’s access logs: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and time of visit.
The College uses this data only to keep the website secure and to find and fix problems. At the date of this policy, the website does not use third-party analytics or advertising tools.
Cookies
The website does not use cookies to track visitors or for advertising. The system may use cookies that are necessary for the website to work and stay secure, and these do not identify visitors. If other types of cookies are introduced, the College will say so and ask for consent first.
Third-party services
- Website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts when a page opens, so the visitor’s browser sends a request, including its IP address, to Google.
- Links to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google Maps lead to outside services that have their own privacy policies.
- Links to publication sources and other university websites follow the policies of those sites.
Personal data in news and activity photos
News and activity photos may show names, positions or images of people. The College publishes them with consent or another lawful basis. News that contains personal data, such as lists of selected applicants, is not published on the public news page. To have your photo, name or other data corrected or removed, contact the College using the details below.
Your rights
As the law provides, you may ask to access and obtain a copy of your data, to correct it, to have it deleted or destroyed, to object to or restrict its use, to receive or transfer it, and to withdraw consent. If you believe the data is handled unlawfully, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee Office.

For questions or to exercise your rights, contact cfhi.pbru@gmail.com or call 032-738641. The College may update this policy when the website or the law changes, and will show the date of the latest update on this page.
